1. Can you please simply the information for me? How many research articles were published in refereed international journals?
2. What was the interdisciplinary project and how it was beneficial for Pakistan?
September 7, 2012 ·
Dear Shahid hussian I have checked The 1st position holder Dr. Noreed Sher in this award has impact factor of upto 20. u can check her name from rpa2011-2012.pdf
So If u can do better than that…..
January 10, 2013 ·
Congratulation to winners.
September 7, 2012 ·
Dear the list will be uploaded also if you people are demanding, infact the decision was not from a single jury member it was a team and all were from different regions of Pakistan.
secondly, the judgement criteria was, researh work must be in Pakistan, should be interdsiciplinary, novel, contribution to Pakistan, secondly the regular science publications without gape……you guys may think that only the number of publication is important, its important to show your continuous research activities, but their worth and electronic availability is also important.
I am surprised that we rather to support the honest and such steps which are at your door step with out any demand , we in habit to doubt it.
September 7, 2012 ·
Respected Project Coordinator,
Will you kind enough to upload following information of winners:
1. List of publications in refereed international journals
2. The interdisciplinary project and how it was beneficial for Pakistan.
I still got about 4 years to prepare myself for that (I applied this year too). I need to know, how much excellence the winner has got!
September 7, 2012 ·
aah. i would need 5 yrs to get Ph.D and then win the award. 🙂 congrx to dear winner Drs. 🙂
September 7, 2012 ·
Dr salma Rafi contribution is for teaching not research, Paper presentation in conference is good but not equal to Impact factor journals because in conference by paying money you can present papers either good or bad who knows because resume does not show this.
Anyhow Congratulation Winners

Congratulations all winner. I personally know Dr. Qadeer Ahmad, a very hard working and intelligent guy..
For most of the commentators here:-
Typical problem with Pakistanis: Jealous of each other..
The winners earned their place.. work harder instead of being jealous and blaming the jury.

Great initiative by NAYS. Congratulations to the winners.
September 22, 2012 ·
Hi Everyone,
Heartiest congratulations to the winners of the award. Please keep doing the great work.
NAYS is working very hard to promote young researchers and is taking very positive initiatives and this is one such example. I think we must appreciate this effort of NAYS. So, please do not destroy their efforts just because you think you were a strong candidate for the award. Please congratulate the winners and show your open mindedness (which is very important for researchers anyway). Your research work is your biggest award and do not belittle yourself and your achievements by not appreciating the winners. Keep doing the good work and you will also be honored sooner or later.
Best Regards,
Aamir
